Should you cancel the workshop within the last 7 days prior to commencement, the full agreed fee will be payable. Should you cancel 8 - 14 days prior to commencement of the workshop, 50% of the full agreed fee will be payable. There is no additional fee should you wish to substitute an alternative participant.
