Pre-Workshop Briefing

For many workshops we suggest an informal (non-mandatory) coffee catch up briefing session. This provides an opportunity for them to get to know us (and us them), understand their aspirations, answer any objections and establish greater buy-in prior to commencement of the event. We find this can significantly improve workshop productivity, particularly on the first morning.
